Default new to the board, and a few e-max questions.

I'm a newbie on the board and just wanted to say hi. After I have some money comming in after I get a job, I would like to buy an e-maxx and turn it into a rock crawler, to see what kind of crawler I can turn it into.

Would it be a wise idea to upgrade to mip cvd's all around, since I plan to install a spool in back, and posi in front? and what weight shock oil should I put in to get a softer suspension feel?

I plan to install the new imex tires (the ones modeled after the bfg krawlers, the one's i'd love to put on my full size yota pick up), beadlocks, and a proline toyota land cruiser fj40 body, panted to match my cousin's full size cruiser.

thanks for helping a newb out, and rock on!

yes, cvd's are your friends. I would go for spooled all around like me. suspension will be diffrent cause it is your chassis.

Ya definately get the mip cvds all around because eventually the stock sliders will break, especially with a spool.
