Default EMAXX tranny

I know I can change out the pinion gears and plan to in a bit. I was wondering if a a guy could change the tranny gears. I think it would be cool to have 1st gear super low for crawling and 2nd gear a little higher for high speed running.

Is there any options for doing this?

Thanks

You can also change the spur from 66t up to 72t.
Running a 72t spur and 9t pinions, it would be very low geared.

Thank you, but..................

Like I said "I think it would be cool to have 1st gear super low for crawling and 2nd gear a little higher for high speed running.

I plan on changing out the pinion and/or the spur. I was wanting to change the gears in the tranny also,if possable. Kinda like, take the factory 1st gear down SUPER low and leave the factory 2nd gear alone or maybe gear it up a little.

I'd like to have a truck I can crawl around with and also hit some jumps at high speed for mass air time.

Surely to goodness there's a way.

As far as I know, no one has found any other gears that work and I have never heard of any after market kit for this.
Do the math and have some machined?

That,my freind, has crossed my mind. I have access to a mill and lathe and the prices for his time are awesome. I'm gonna search around for a picture, just in case though, would anyone have a close up shot of the tranny gears? I could show him a picture first to see if he can cut them, might be easier that tearing it all apart for nothing.

Thanks
