Well I've had my E-Maxx just over a year now and for my B-Day(2 weeks ago) I asked for some new parts which include the following: - Team Factory Blue Alumnium Shocks -RPM Wide A-Arms(Blue) - Traxxas Spools, front and rear Well now just this past weekend I broke my all four of my stock E-Maxx axleshafts so now I'm going with the Traxxas T-Maxx 2.5 axleshafts. I already have the 2.5 turnbuckles too. Then I'm also running the Imex Swamp Dawgs on the RPM StableMaxx blue rims. So the thing is pretty darn wide and hard to flip over. Do you guys think that these will be strong enough to take the abuse of the spools? Im running the stock Titan 550 motors also. Mostly with the Sanyo 1900SCR batteries and rarely I run the Sanyon 2400 Racing Batteries. It crawls fairly good but the only things I really neeed are -Flex -Ground Clearance -Lower Gears Now... how can I get this to happen, what should I do? Thanks for all the help you guys can provide.

Well, I belive we have covered this before. What pinion are you running? as for flex you will need to go to a 4link if you want max flex.

search for Kevinlongisland. he has kept his stock IFS and just worked with it..cut a few things here, bent a few things there and got his to work decent..but for mad flex, 4 link it or turn your axles into straight axles like a few have done here | |

Thanks for the help guys... I'm not going with the Savage shocks and thatt, to much work. But I probally will do the steering servo. Oh I was thinking. It's about 4 years old now and I'm maybe thinking about trading it in for a TXT-1. Here are the following specs: - 1yr old Titan 550 Motors -RPM skidplates(blue) -RPM Bumpers(black) -Front and Rear Spools -RPM StableMaxx Rims(blue) -Team Factory Blue Aluminum Shocks -a brand new stock EVX Speed Control -T-Maxx 2.5 Turnbuckles -T-Maxx 2.5 Axleshafts -Sanyon 1900SCR batteries -Sanyo 2400 Batteries Now how much money do you think that is about worth? Thanks for all the help.

I have always heard that the ring and pinion gears are the first thing to go with a spool. Robinson gears are supposed to be the cure. But that may only be true for bashing and not crawling.

the reason the R&P go is because those 4 little screws back out some and then shear off.. i haven't had a problem with mine since i use loctite when i put mine back in as for trading your Maxx in, i have seen them go from anywhere between $150-$350( $350 being fully decked out and $150 pretty close to bone stock) so you still have the stock turnbuckles then? those aren't the Titanuim ones? why do ya have a brand new EVX or did you need to send it in?
