Lock the tranny into low only
You can use lower tooth count pinion (8tooth)for 32 pitch spur
Plus theres always a gear reduction
Check out rc4wd

I have 2 55T lathe motors with 8T pinion gears and it works great. You need to lock it into 1st gear.

Good luck.

I have locked both front and rear diff , Moab XL tires , beadlockers , 55 t motor , single battery conversion , geared as low as possible , etc , etc , on my E Maxx , and may I ask why it is needed to lock the tranny in first gear only ?

The easiest way to convert your emaxx IMO is to switch out the motors. You could try two 75t motors on 12 cells, or two of these cheap 5 pole motors on 12 cells
5 Pole Brushed Motors!

either motor will get you going slow with lots of torque. No need to lock out your tranny. Getting rid of the two speed does help the drivetrain slop, but not much more advantage to it.

something I noticed from the pic, it looks like you are running full foam in the tires, I could be wrong but if you are I would eliminate most of it to get more squat and more bite
