Default Maxx sized BMV-2 Knock-off

well i built a knock off bmv-2 2.2 and liked it so much i decided to build one for my maxx, here it is, all i need to do is get a new body and mount it. tell me what you think. it uses a cutting board, 3/16 steel wire, and the usual lock maxx axles, 55t lathe, tq3 with 4WS mod, lst tires, maxamizer beadlocks, and lock emaxx trans.

Fix your pics they are not working. I had the same idea in mind for my Maxx build. Was going to use heavier rod and Teflon for the plates.

Very nice build. I was planning on getting my Teflon plates CNC'ed but I really want it get this off the bench so I may cut them myself. How stiff is the piano wire. I was going to use 1/4" rod.

o yeah driven it alot, but not hard core cause i havent decided how i want to mount the body yet, as for the torque twist there is very little, the only time its been a probably is when i was climing the stairs cause the wheel base is about 2 inches to short for stairs.

the wire is great, it is stiff enough that you can pick it up in the middle and there is very little bending. 1/4" would be way to stiff, as you can see from the pic i get about 12" of ground clearance when at full flex. and thats perfect for me.
