| Ok for the last couple of days i have been building a torsion bar maxx chassis and i am almost done all i need is the electronics but i started thinking i wonder if the torque from the motor to the wheels will start twisting the chassis which would kind of defeat the perpose i have seen other torsioned maxx crawlers on here but i have never seen one done SO PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!! thanks |

| My Maxx is sort of a torsion design and yes when you get it into some tight spots the torque for the motor will cause the front end to kick up. I have tried placing a shock on that corner to counter act and limit the amount of torque twist. I would need to see a picture of your chassis to get a better idea of what you have and what problems you may run into. By the way mine is done it just needs the body which is on back order. |
