Whats a good setup for my E-Maxx if I want to stay independent and crawl at the same time. I'd like to make it reversable if I get the itch to go jumping. Can i lock the diffs with hotglue or something instead of just buying spools.

You can mod the factory A-arms to get alot more travel if you want to. Search for post by kevinlongisland about modding the Emaxx A-arms. I believe the pics are still up here somewhere.

It can be done with ifs. There's something that might work well for you, you could probably switch back and forth between spring rates if needed. Also, I'd lock the diffs with spools, and if you need to, watch the buy/sell/trade forum, pick up one or two diffs, and leave them unlocked, and just switch back and forth. You could just leave the rear locked and the front unlocked too
