I have a Tmaxx that I never use. I was wondering if there is any way to convert it to a crawler, if it was worth it, and what I would need. I am new to the maxx crawlers. Any comments welcome

To seriously crawl, you would need to convert it to electric and modify the tranny. It has been done, but it's difficult. Your much better off selling it and buying an emaxx.

Could I make a motor mount so that the electric motors bolted up to the flywheel and then lock the tranny into fisrt gear. Or could I buy a emaxx tranny a bolt up. Last edited by CrawlerFreak; 05-17-2005 at 12:15 PM.

I'm not sure on the details. Read up on this thread Converting T-Maxx to electric crawler/mud runner
