not sure if they have been posted, redcats 1.9 beadlocks fit on the trx4, i bought a set of wheels and tires mounted (tires work really well) and are a really cheap alternative.

I just put that same wheel/tire combo on my TRX4 last weekend, except mine are actual RC4WD Interco tires. Had to paint the rings to match of course.

I have come to the conclusion that the axle stub is 4mm, 5mm and 6mm. See pic for reference. I enlarged my center rim hole with a 5mm reamer and they fit great.

I also got the mohero 1.9 wheels from amazon. Amazon link to rims

This is how they fit before the +3mm wheel hexes. They rub on the portal bolts. Might work if the bolts where flat and not cap screws. I got my Treal +3mm wheel hexes and these now fit perfect.

Don’t mind the muck on the truck. This was after a river bank run session and before tear down for cleanup.

These cheap steel wheels fit perfect. No mods required and look good. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0731...o_pop_mb_pd_t2
I used these hyrax knockoffs https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B072Q...o_pop_mb_pd_t2
Look good and work good. I am running then unvented for now. Sealed up rim hole with some silicone.

I got a different set of Mohero 1.9 beadlock rims. They fit fantastic. I left pictures in my Amazon review to show.

Hallo, does anyone know the stock TRX4 wheels' offset? Zero? I'd like to reduce the width a bit

Do you know if these will work with proline tires?

Nobody? I'd also like to know if the RC4WD Spectre rims fit or rub against the portal covers since the big inner beadlock ring, thanks.

RC4WD 1.7" Raceline Avengers fit without any issues, stock hex.

(Not fully mounted, but as you can see: no rub)

I have a question on using Gmade steel wheels. Have any of you guys used a plus 3mm hex nut? I have these lying around now. Does this leave enough axle thread? They will arrive soon and I’m exploring the option of keeping the current track width with the stock wheels. Thanks.

I have this exact question right now as well so bumping this - I saw someone talking about canceling out the Gmade narrow offset with an 8mm hex to bring the truck back to 0mm offset, but in my head I can't imagine there being enough thread to bolt on the wheels. Is there enough without a long axle kit?

It works, I used a bit narrower Tamiya wheel nuts to make it perfect

To use +3mm(8mm) hexes you need to have bronco stub axles with longer thread , I have some pics and info here SSD - 2 New 1.9" Chrome Steel Wheel Options - Old School!

Just installed RC4WD M/T Classics on Blazer. Had to take the portal covers off and Dremel them down. Cut it down until I saw a spec of bearing. Not even concerned about this. Also had to drill the hubs out on the wheels too. Overall looks and works great. Even welded up a spare tire mount that goes in the receiver hitch.

I can also confirm that 1.9 Axial 8 hole beadlocks clear and will work just fine.

Can anyone give me a minimum inner diamter which will work? Wheels I have 3d printed have a inner diamater of 36mm and I want to use them on a build with a TRX4 rear axle.

My Gear Head wheels are 37.75-mm inside the beadlock rings and I had to file the tops of the portal covers just a little for clearance.
Hope that helps.
