Is this the 12.3 or 12.8" wheelbase TRX4 and is the Vaterra cage on with zip ties on the back? Seems a better option than spending $25 for the hinge bracket

I’m running a chopped up power wagon body with a dove tailed bed.

Is there more to putting an RC4WD Blazer Hard Body (11.29 inch wheel base) on a TRX-4 G 500 (12.28 inches but says can go to 11.8 inch wheel base) than just shortening the links and drive line? I don’t mind some fender well trimming.

Not sure of the layout of trx4 would play nice with blazer hardbody interior?
I put one on my sons ascender with GCM forward motor kit and it was quite a chore.

*yeah the trx4 battery looks to be right smack where the seats would go in the blazer.
Not impossible, but would take some creative fabrication.

Last year I began to do this, but ran into mounting issues as well as trying to find the right tire to fit became difficult for my liking. But since a company called shrinkrc released a set of mounts for the trx4 to fit a few of the hard body rc4wd body's. They also sell a bed extension to match whatever wheelbase you want. I had bought mine from scalemonkey but I believe he's closing up
