I wanted a quantity of hardware so I could get stainless. Here's my count for anyone to use. Google Sheets LINK Note:This was a quick count, please ensure your own quantities before ordering. I did each section by exploded view, so some screws might be double counted. Also, stainless is usually softer that the stock black oxide screws, but I like to keep everything rust free. I also only ordered cap head screws so they're more durable. If you find any errors or have questions let me know. I was able to get almost all the hardware I need plus a bunch extra for about $40 shipped. |

![]() Plus, piecing the stuff together yourself is so much cheaper and it only takes minutes.

![]() When you buy RC screw kits you are paying a premium for the convenience of somebody else putting the kit together for you. I used to buy those and sometimes still do when I'm in a hurry. But if you piece it together yourself you will get a lot more screws for the same money. Give it a try sometime. ![]()

I agree to stay away from RC Screwz, I've tried the kits and the screws are junk, super soft. And the RC Screwz kit on eBay is $42.20 shipped for me, more than I spent on my custom picked order. I also have a around 150 extra screws, so yeah. The screws I got look awesome and seem to be good quality. If you don't want to assemble your own kit, I'd also recommend KNK.

I just received my order from rcscrewz...the ups envelope was fine but when i ripped it open it was completely empty no screws or packing slip!!! It's been three days and I received a text message today that basically rcs is not responsible that they wouldn't ship a empty package and I have to argue with ups now.... If it wasn't for the fact I needed 3mm x 4mm stainless screws I wouldn't have bought from rcscrewz. I bought ever 3mm stainless that boltdepot.com had (100 of each size) and didn't even spend 50 bucks!!!! I changed out all three scx10's and now am switching the rest of my rc vehicles, placed another order tonight with boltdepot.com and ordered a ton of A2 stainless bolts nuts washers for my 1:1 pickup too

you couldn't tell an envelope was empty by holding it? would have been a lot easier to refuse delivery at that point and had it shipped back. then you would have had a leg to stand on against rcscrewz
