Do you run weight in your wheels as well? And are you using a lexan body? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk

I love my 2.2 mtz's. I have them on my scx10 and they do great here in the mountain terrain. The short fat look is killer. Wayne |

I'm just running the stock body at the moment. No wheel weights either, just the outer portal covers in the front. I haven't had a ton of running time, so I imagine things will continue to change from here. What kind of foams did you run to deal with all the added weight? Did you make or buy the recovery ramps in the bed of the truck? They look great!

But yeah when I had the stock body I had steel wheels and weights inside and it did great. Now I have two stage crawler innovations in the front. And some sliced up solid novas in the rear to make them soft. My rtr weight is 11.5lbs and my body with ramps and interior and everything is only 2 pounds. Similar to stock body weight actually lol. Havent gotten a chance to drive on dry rock so I'm not sold on the tire choice yet. Besides the way they look lol. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk

Wow I really need to update this thread. I'm sorry for the lack of updates. This has been such an awesome truck. I've only broken two driveline parts in over a year. Few things have changed. But has been such a fun truck. Always my go to rc. My only regret was not hanging the front axle out more and leaving more of the fender intact behind the tire. And I wish the clod body was a little more to scale. My favorite part of this truck now is the revolver motor and the new front bumper. Which is not new anymore. Lol. Might bump it up to 4s when I rebuild it the next time. Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk |
