Default New trx-4 bronco owner with a ?

So I just got one of these over Christmas and noticed something odd, maybe just to me. When locking the diffs It goes from all open, to front locked with rear open, to all locked. I wanted to kinda change things around. I wish I could get it to operate like this, all open, to rear locked with front open, to all locked. I switched the two micro servo plugs on the receiver thinking that might work but it just changed the order of operation 180 instead of what I wanted. Does anyone know if this is possible or why it was designed like this. In 1:1 offroading we tend to start with all open diffs, then lock the rear when it gets a little worse, then lock the front when it gets really bad. That's just what me and my buddy's do.

The lockers on my 1:1 rig are independent, I find I use the front only locked for crawling up obstacles more often than I want the rear locked too. Sometimes having the rear locked causes there to be too much traction and it sends the nose skyward as a rear tire drives itself into a hole. I tend to use the rear locker independently going fast on dirt or sand, the truck drifts better with the rear locker engaged. In these TRX-4 rigs I think I will prefer how it comes where I can just lock the front independently but not the rear.

default:

ch4: reverse
ch5: normal

operation at transmitter:

position1: all open
position2: real open, front lock
position3: all lock

you should set them to:

ch4: normal
ch5: reverse

then the operation at the transmitter would be:

position1: all lock
position2: real lock, front open
position3: all open

I have mine set to
1:rear lock
2:both lock
3:front lock
So far my favorite setup, I don’t care about both open diffs. Works great for me.

This video will show you how to do:

1. both open.
2. rear lock.
3. both lock.

I prefer both diffs open the majority of the time.

This is how I run mine as well. I love it set up this way. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=3L5Umr...index=60&t=25s This is the video I used to change it. Rear locked only when running around in high or trailing. All locked for crawling. Front locked when rear tires are in a bind and keep trying to flip the rig. Front locked only has worked like dig for me on more then one occasion. Good luck!
