Thanks for noticing that, and I like STRC, now I know to stay away from those chubs. (When I get one) Soon, hopefully soon !

Sure and yes more is generally better (I'm sure there's too much at some point lol) it helps the edges of front tires dig in and pull up over steep/difficult climbs, also as you steer it drops the front ride height helping weight transfer. Yes, more caster is more likely to cause link and/or shock, steering linkage, panhard clearance problems. I'd say 20* is about max you'd want, so G-Made must have done some homework. |

I agree with Nate. Given the option I'd go with 20 degrees, keeping in mind it may change the high speed handling if that's how the rig is used. I think the low speed crawling benefits (especially on climbing ledges) are well worth it.

It would be very helpful if we could get the various manufacturers to publish the caster numbers of their aftermarket TRX4 C-hubs.

Any thoughts on the Locked Up RC steel parts? TRX-4 Black Steel C Hubs Seems like at least for the C's they would be more durable vs. rocks and are slightly heavier than the ones posted above. I have been considering that set up for a white now. |

I've got 'em on both of my TRX4's ( Bronco and Defender). Absolutely top-shelf product. Flawless fitment with stock TRX4 parts and it gets that nice heavy weight right down as low as you can go. I've beat on 'em pretty good at this point and they are as durable as it gets. Highly recommend. | |
