So, yesterday I tried the 2.2 on the sport.. And DAMN did they look good there!
But as you can see, that front lexan bumper was close.. so close I couldn't turn full on to either side without the lexan body just crumble..
So I went into the shed and found a metal bumper from the Defender I had.. I tried that with the stock mount, I turned the mount upside/down and stikk there was a gap of 18mm or so..
So I went to Inventor, took some measurements and did draw a nice mount, printed it and.. Look at this!!!
I know, I didn't use 2.2's today, it is the 1.9 Proline Super Swamper, but I'm pretty confident that the 2.2 set will fit now..
Offcourse I took "a few" photos, so take a look at how it ended up looking..

Nevermind the fact that I even before I took one single photo or film I managed to make my worst crash ever and broke off the front bumper..
But hey, look at them new wheels!!

The clarity and sharpness of your pics always makes me a little photoenvious. It's not a word. It should be.

BTW: LC70 v2.0 is soon to be revealed.. I went with a slightly odd color this time..
But it's growing on me, so when I'm ready to take it to the rocks I think I'll love it!
The only thing I'm missing on it is the headlamps, they were shipped from US a couple weeks ago, so hopefully they're here soon..

Another BTW, yesterday I packed the LC in the trunk of my car and was about to head for my LHS for some nick-nacks. But 2min before departure I got a message from them on facebook that they got a power-out so the store was closed until the power came back..
I then rerouted and instead went to Lillehammer(where they had the 1994 winter olympics) and fell in love with a new camera..
So now I'm the happy(?) owner of a Sony RX100 mk7..
And since I had the LC in the trunk at least I had something to take a few test shots with on a random location I didnt even know existed.. Well, here's a few photos..

I have to say, nice wheels like that deserved a much more appealing color choice! Oh well, however you get your serinakaker (sp?) is ok I guess.

Nice snag on that camera! .02 is definitely fast AF (and fast AF the other way too!). Do you have enough FOV to realize the full benefit of that? And you just HAPPENED to pick up one of those on an impulse buy?? Can I borrow some money?

Serinakaker? hahaha, this one needs some explaining..
About the color.. At first I hated this mustard yellow color myself. But now I love it, I really do..
And for you my friend.. IF you dont like this yellow, I'm not convinced that you'll like the new color either, hahaha.. But my wife likes it tho', and it's starting to get a hold of me too, so I guess you'll have to put up with it.. sorry...? ;)

About the camera purchase.. It wasnt completely impulse, I started to google it on wednesday after selling the 360 camera. So I didnt plan to buy the camera, but the clerk on the store was a nice guy and in this slowly moving covid19-times I decided to back my local photo store

How much you need? hehe

Whatever makes you happy...whatever gets you off...however you get your cookies...you know. Translates ok in Swedish, maybe not so much in Norwegian?

I'll try to keep an open mind on the next color then...

Good for you supporting your local camera shop...convenient excuse to make yourself feel better too, I approve. Loan request withdrawn.

I really do need to get a good camera. I've known for awhile that cell phone cameras tend to lack clarity (for me, anyway) in macro situations, but a lot of your shots have made me want better resolution and depth of field outdoors too.

Serinakaker is more of a swedish thing, it doesnt tickle my nipple..
Yeah, the next color I guess is going to take a lot of heat, actually looking forward to it.. but it's NOT pink tho'!

I still have the Canon G7X mk2 also, but I've missed a few features that the Sony got. I think the G7X takes just as good stills, but when it comes to video the Sony is in its own league afaik. So now it's up to me to take advantage of it.. :p

I do have some more plans for this body, but as for now I'm so pleased with how it came out that I'm going to just enjoy this a few weeks before starting to pollute it with other stuff..
I also got a cantilever system on its way, looking forward to that..!

BTW, I'm simply in love with my RAW 500 servo from Reefs, it's just a MONSTER when it comes to both power and speed..
So now when they released the 777 servo I wasn't hard to ask, so I ordered that one also..
So the 777 is going in the sport and the RAW 500 is going in the TRX-6. And some more pictures of the blue-dabadee...

Thanks man, thats generous of you.. ;)
I actually love how it came out. I was very sceptical for a while, but after the first mount on the car with these wheels I was sold..
I was thinking of buying some other wheels for it, but that's not on the list any more..
