Wheelbase?

Just saw a set of lower links on A Main website to shorten the wheelbase on a TRX4 to 313mm. Do you think its advantageous to shorten the wheelbase on a TRX4 other than having more body options.

313mm is what most people run based on body selection. I'm at that and like it myself.

For just trail use the length won't hurt you. For competitions a longer wheelbase will slightly impact the turning radius to be larger.

So, may I know? What wheelbase length did you like in comp rig? Thank you

I myself run 305mm to 313mm. I tend to stick to the 313 for ease of fitting aftermarket bodies. And my comp focused truck is getting a 305mm body but on a 313mm wheelbase because it looks right on the vehicle I chose (Jeep G6 body).

Thank you binaryterror. I used to think you comp guys liked longer wheelbases, says longer than 313mm. Anyway my local crawler fans liked just a bit longer than 313 but not more than 320mm. Cheers
