Default End point adjuster for two position channels

I came up with an idea this morning and built a new part. Please let me know what you think.

Thanks for your time,
Al

A question for you guys:
Does the transmission shifter servo also need adjustable end points because the servos are failing?

I'll answer it this way: I'd like to run the shift (and diff) servo(s) without a servo saver, and to do that I need finer control over the end points. The savers seem like a crutch from the factory for poorly set stock endpoints

That said, is this end-point adjuster water proof?

That makes sense.
The controller isn't waterproof. The two pots (rotary controls) could get water inside them. The rest of the controller is all sealed up with Plasti Dip and then covered with heat shrink.
If it were in my rig, I'd set the controls, then smear some silicone or Plasti Dip over them to seal them up.
I don't know of a way to seal them up before I ship them out because they will need adjustment.

Can the internals be conformal coated to waterproof them?

I could do that on special request. I prefer to use Plasti Dip when I build them.
Send me a PM if I can build you a set with conformal coating - just need to know ahead of time.

Yes indeed, the 2 speed is setup very similar and faces the same problems though it doesn't have a cable like the diffs.
I ordered one just for the 2 speed, I already got the dual winch controller with end points on the way to take care of the diff lockers.

Curious as well. I may grab a set because I don’t want to call it quits on the locking/unlocking diffs but the stock setup is too sloppy and I’m burning servos left and right. I really want to do full size servos and this to help mitigate.

I'm happy to make them for you!
Are the diffs the only servos that are giving you trouble or does the tranny servo also need help?

Just the diff servos (knock on wood) - I've replaced them 3 times and the ones in there won't fully lock or unlock without a helping hand and started skipping teeth so I just zip-tied both locked and told myself I'd deal with them another time, haha.

Do you have pictures of this setup if you're running them currently? Works with stock TQi setup?

Getting rid of or finding a better version of those saggy servo savers that come factory has been on the list for a while now.

Or you could convert it to spool for maintenance free.

I like the way the truck handles with them open for trailing. It's part of the scale fun to trail open and close them up as you need the grip or hit a line of rocks.

I'm willing to try a few more things (this adjuster, and maybe even full size servos if I can find someone to print the mount) before I give in and go spool.
