Im using Nimhs at the moment too, would be nice to stick something else in there.

I found the only way to check is if you have the Traxxas link module, open up the smart phone app, top left corner has a battery level indicator. Its a bit sad but thats the main thing I use the module for.

The 4 AA batteries come to 6V, so in theory we could just find a 6V battery right?
