Your link doesn't work for me on mobile. What's the price you're seeing? |

$160 US on the Traxxas site, still out of stock though. It'll be cheaper when it hits the hobby shops. Sorry that's the complete body: Body, Ford Bronco, complete (black) (includes front and rear bumpers, push bar, rear body mount, grill, side mirrors, door handles, windshield wipers, spare tire mount, red and sunset decals) (requires #8072 inner fenders). The body alone is $60. Body, Ford Bronco (clear, requires painting)/ decals/ window masks/ tailgate panel insert/ adhesive foam tape (2) Last edited by Tossedman; 03-22-2018 at 08:54 PM. |

Now I really don't understand the point of the kit. If you bought the RTR Bronco and immediately sold the body, you would basically end up with an assembled kit for less $$$ than the kit. I'm a person who enjoys putting together kits, but the math still doesn't add up. EDIT: so lets say you could sell the body on ebay for $140, which is on the low end of what they're listed for today. After ebay fees and shipping you might have $110 left over. So a $449 RTR minus $110 body equals $339, which is $30 LESS than the kit. Last edited by TooOldForThis; 03-23-2018 at 06:07 AM. |

The Black complete body is $160 but includes things that the Bronco RTR body doesn't include. So is it expensive yet, but its also including upgrade parts like the spare cover and carrier, push bar, all chrome accessories, etc.

I see there's now a clear body for $60 and Grill for $15, maybe those just got put up. The package with all the extras isn't too different to the defender, If you add together all of the items to complete the defender body its an expensive package as well Last edited by HumboldtEF; 03-23-2018 at 10:31 AM. |
