That looks awesome glad I could help you out getting it finished up. It's going to look so good out there crawling around

Ended up getting a chance to try it out for a while, did great! Still a few details to finish but loving it so far! I am starting to wish I had done the whole thing green but this one has been a good first experience. I can tell this is going to be a great start already.

Really like the look of the XJ. I did a key lime green Axial JK as my first crawler. I liked the little guy but parted with. Went to a guy in the military that was watching day at LHS. He was really interested in everything. LHS made a nice deal on battery radio and charger. I just handed over the JK. His service was more than a enough for me.
Keep up the great work and if you need anything let me know

I admire the way your mind works, sometimes we forget to appreciate the right people. Always nice to do something for someone that deserves it. Hopefully I can start on my lights and swap my rock lights over from the Defender tomorrow morning. I find that I like evening running and it is getting dark so much earlier now.

That is awesome! Might mess with another body in the future to do some different stuff that I wanted to try with this one but wasn’t sure.

It was the Axial 2012 Rubicon kit. The body is the Axial 3 piece body set. Winch and jack are RC4WD. The front grille and rear window pods are Knight Custom items. I can't remember where the roof rack came from.

Got it most of the way finished up today, and even wired up my backup lights so they come on in reverse. Good performing little rig!

Really like the look of it. I really like the way you did the reverse lights. I have done it several times and works great.

No problem I understand it's a drive for you. I live just a few minutes away. It's easy to take a quick trip down.

Wow, thanks for this thread. I've got some good inspiration here. Just got myself the TRX4 sport kit and planning to sell off the body to put a Cherokee on it, probably some different tyres too. carpetfuzz17, that RC4WD bumper, does that fit right on, or does it need work to make it fit?

Sorry for the late reply

Yes the RC4WD bumper fits with no modifications. I can take a close up picture once I get home. If you need anything else please ask away.

Thanks mate, much appreciated! I'm not that handy, so that would work well for me.
