I am sure I missed some stuff when I was doing this build if you get stuck just message me and I will try to go from my poor memory to see what I did. I fortunately do not have the truck anymore or the body.

No roof rack is best. If you must, then plastic. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Here’s the front bumper I went with The rear bumper was the Axial rear bumper for the XJ. In all honesty I was not impressed by it as it liked to get hung up on things but it looked good. The roof rack was from Axial for the XJ. I would avoid the metal racks. If you have no plans of doing comps then go with the roof rack. I had no issues with the minimal extra weight up on the roof. Hell I even added a light bar. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hey Bill glad to see you back that is a bummer about your neighbor. Those look like nice bumpers. As for lights I wired in my own LEDs. I just picked up individual ones from my LHS and wired them up. As for the the rear taillights lens I wasn’t happy with with the way the Knight Customs turned out. The design and printing were very good it was just the overall look of them that turned me off from them. That’s why I went with the RC4WD ones. They turned out nice but found a simpler way after I had cut and installed the RC4WD ones. If I were going to do it again I would go with the other idea that I seen. The Axial roof rack for the XJ should fit perfectly and give it that look you are looking for

Tha sucks that your LHS doesn’t carry individual LED’s. Whenever I stop at mine I always make sure to grab some. You never know what projects you are going to start so I like to have them on hand. If you have any more questions please keep asking away.

Thank you! The Injora comes with the rubber flares, the scale bolts they're attached with are RC4WD. Im pretty sure the Xtra Speed and Team Raffee Co. come with them as well, but I can't confirm. Sent from my LM-V600 using Tapatalk Last edited by smc-93; 03-14-2021 at 07:45 PM. |
