| Salzar's Bronco Debuild
Wanted to try something non-axial and ebay had a great deal so I grabbed a TRX-4 Bronco in March 2018. First unboxing test fitting some batteries. Changed the Tires to Pitbull Ironsides and added a HH Revolver and SideWinder4. After A day of running it was clear that some things were holding back the car. Front and Rear bumpers were a little to large, and were getting hung up often. Next I added diff locks and under/overdrive gears. Also moved the battery to the front of the car. Added the Single Speed kit (removed last micro servo), MIP Wide kit, and a Brass front Servo Mount. This required a new electronics tray. Also added a rear battery mount to fit larger packs. Added soft springs to rear shocks. New Hyrax tires. Also removed 1.5" of the rear frame to reduce hangups. Added mounts for a beater truck body that is a bit narrower. Climbs a bit better but still needs some tuning. Last edited by salzar; 04-21-2018 at 02:01 PM. Reason: Image size |

Looks good! You gonna add any bumpers with that bod? How much was the rig on eBay if you don't mind me asking? Was it new or used?
