Default Salzar's Bronco Debuild

Wanted to try something non-axial and ebay had a great deal so I grabbed a TRX-4 Bronco in March 2018.

First unboxing test fitting some batteries.

Changed the Tires to Pitbull Ironsides and added a HH Revolver and SideWinder4.

After A day of running it was clear that some things were holding back the car.
Front and Rear bumpers were a little to large, and were getting hung up often.

Next I added diff locks and under/overdrive gears. Also moved the battery to the front of the car.

Added the Single Speed kit (removed last micro servo), MIP Wide kit, and a Brass front Servo Mount. This required a new electronics tray. Also added a rear battery mount to fit larger packs. Added soft springs to rear shocks. New Hyrax tires. Also removed 1.5" of the rear frame to reduce hangups.

Added mounts for a beater truck body that is a bit narrower.

Climbs a bit better but still needs some tuning.

Looks good! You gonna add any bumpers with that bod? How much was the rig on eBay if you don't mind me asking? Was it new or used?

I have been trying to find a narrow stinger bumper for the trx4, but for now I am using a 3dprinted plate to absorb impacts to the front.

New bronco from Ebay was $359 after using a 20% off coupon.
