Trx4 differential issues

Not sure if the problem is inn the diff or the portal axles, but when I turn it I can hear something grabbing
Any ideas?

If this is when turning at full lock then it’s normal. The steering through goes beyond what the CV is comfortable with.

Do you know how I can get full turn without it doing that

Change the laws of physics.

In all seriousness, the CV has a point where it cannot go beyond it's intended range of motion and will cry for mercy. Nothing you can do about it. This truck already has a great steering radius, especially if it's diff is unlocked.

Thanks guys. You're correct it does turn very good. Just think that issue will cause wear on those parts. I programmed the turn end points so it doesn't turn all the way. Seems to be better and still turn ok.
