Default TRX4 kit

Did you have to do anything special to get the 1.55’s to work? I always thought they would hit the portal covers

Nothing at all just make sure your offset is correct when you order your wheel of choice

Wait, a TRX4 at Axialfest? I have never attended Axialfest but I was under the impression that you had to have an Axial based rig to participate. Is that not the case?

Technically, you're supposed to be using an Axial or "approved vendor" chassis... (read, aftermarket - not competitor)

There was a bunch of whining on the Scale News Update about that, pay them no mind.

They're all toy trucks, damnit!

We are a INCLUSIVE community, it's bad enough with the occasional "comp vs scale" griping, but when it gets reduced to brands of like vehicles running with each other it is really a bit much.

Couldn't believe the moaning I read below the video... but that's what I deserve for looking at YouTube comments!

I ran my Ascender last year at Axialfest. Yeah your not supposed to but it was my only rig at the time. I have two Axial parts on that rig so I felt justified.....not to mention I paid for camping and registration so it's not like I was taking something from them. Just me and a bunch of like minded friends doing some good trailing. Wondering if they were turning away Ascenders this year seeing how Horizon now owns both Vaterra and Axial?

You can only register Axial based rigs. But maybe next year it will be different

I’m really interested how the interior paint holds-up.

No flaking, cracking or lifting anywhere?

If it works thàt good, it opens-up a whole new world of colour options.

Took the Tiny Tire TRX4 to Meadow Lake with me. While we're setting up for Sierra Trex. Also put some LIT LEDs on a friend's Defender

I did not find a 2001 Taurus specific burgandy interior paint. I did, however, find a Dupli-Color #MS300 metalic interior paint which looks like it might be the same or very close.

I lowered the chassis by raising the top of the shock mounts
