As a noob, this has been my fav thread to read.

Loved both bodies and looks great lowered with smaller tyers, awesome job!

I've got the defender but have been thinking about the kit for a few weeks now, I reckon it'd be fun to put my own together and seeing this helped make my mind up.

What offset would I need if I decided to follow suit and run smaller rims?

I run SSD wheels with a smaller 3mm Hex so I could get the tires to look proper tucked under the body... But ever rc body is different and requires different options to look proper in my opinion .... The pic is both TRX4s with a different approach..

We had freezing rain, snow, and 32 degrees the last couple days, spent my morning soldering lol

Were gettin in all the crawling we can. The snow comes on Wednsday. Once it snows its there till May

I forgot to mention for the snow run. I took off the SSD 1.55 wheel and Pitbull tires. Put on some 1.9 KLR golds I had laying around. They worked great on the snow!!
