Don't know of any. You Might have to scratch build one or get it 3Dprinted

Do you already have the axles, or is this in the planning stage? The reason I ask is because MST's MPA portal axles (used in the MST CFX-W, before the TRX4 was around) uses an axle mounted servo. The aftermarket is almost non-existant, but the cost of entry is reasonable, and durability appears to also be reasonable.

Which truck do you have ?
If you have the first gen scx10 I believe there is a CMS bracket you can get from the aftermarket. Then all you’ll need is a longer drag link.

its a 1 of 1 chassis i had made back in 2008. plus i dont want cms. i prefer triangulated 4-link front and rear and ams performance.

looking at the axles this weekend, i have a few designs in my head just gotta draw them out and go from there. im confident i can come up with a good solution.

A friend and I were mulling over the idea of using/making a clamp-on mount that would mount the servo on/behind the long side tube, inspired by Dlux's AR60 truss. I'm sure there's many ways to skin this cat if you've got a creative mind, a drill, and a saw!
