12.8" wheelbase parts
 

Just bought the proline JK body for the 12.8" wheelbase and need to get the parts to extend the wheelbase on my 12.3" kit build. What are the parts I need to order to do this. I believe it is lower links and rear drive shaft but not sure which ones.

If I'm not mistaken, the 12.3 wb works great on the 12.8 Jk proline body. Maybe give it a try before investing money in the swap?

I'm doing the swap. It might work fine but it looks wrong to me. I hate seeing mis-matched bodies and wheelbases. It triggers the OCD in me lol.

Me too! But I saw one on the Facebook trx group of the 12.3 on that body and to me, it actually looked more right. But I get where you're coming from. Mismatching is a no go!

If you want to stretch the wheelbase, try the Traxxas TRX-4 Chassis Conversion Kit, short to long wheelbase TRX8057. It should have everything you will need.

For those who want to shorten the wheelbase, Traxxas TRX-4 Chassis Conversion Kit, long to short wheelbase TRX8058.

The ProLine TRX4 JK body looks correct for the 12.8" wheel base, the Axial 2017 JK works with the 12.3" wheel base.
