RC4WD bumper compatiblity

So I've found a bumper that i'd like to throw on my build. I know that bumpers that slide into the stock bumper mounts are compatible between SCX10 and TRX4 but how about bumpers that mount to the chassis rails? The bumper i'm looking at is the RC4WD Jeep JK Rampage bumper which fits the SCX10 chassis. How different are the widths between the chassis rails and are there major height differences in relation to the bodies?

In my experience the bumpers that use a mount that straddles the frame rails for the SCX10-II don't work on the TRX4. They are too narrow between the mount plates. I won't buy those style bumpers any more. I much prefer the SCX10-II 43mm pin style mounts which fit directly in the TRX4 mounts with no modifications.

Thanks, I was kinda thinking that might be an issue but didn't have an SCX10 handy to confirm. Now the search continues for a front bumper that will satisfy me. I've looked at everything that RC4WD, SSD, Wertymade, and ScalerFab offer. Any others manufacturers that I may have missed that I should look into? I do have the option to go custom made if all else fails but for times sake it'd be nice to find a drop in.
