Yes - They hold excellent. I used these for the HPI FJ body I did for my Sport. (I've done it on several bodies prior as well). They are stupid strong. It's to the point that pulling the body off, I wiggle it and get a hand under the wheel well to pull up a bit as well.

E6000 works great for securing the magnets to the body posts and body. Be sure to "seal" the magnets on the body with a swatch of packing tape. It provides just enough release to keep the magnets on the body from pulling clean off the lexan.

I flipped the front bumper mount on my tactical, and trimmed the body to accept the higher location.

Thanks for the info! I'll add them to my never ending list of things I need.

Little bit of E6000 and some extra lexan and some leds starting at the bumper. If this works out ill be impressed. Little bit more trimming then next step ream out a 5mm hole. And little chevy will get some lights. Two lights of four secured until testing

And back to the drawing board but ill have light for my next run E6000 wasn't sturdy enough on it's own and it feel out while flipping the bumper to let it dry evenly.

I am looking for a body to make something like this out of my 6x6. I've seen some alternatives on eBay, so I might make up my mind very soon.. Maybe..

My TRX4 Tactical has been my “guinea pig”. So far I’ve done the bumper mod front and rear, raised the sliders 9mm, removed the inner fenders/spare tire/spare tire holder/plastic accessories mounted on the rear bumper (shed over a pound of weight off of the body), raised the outer fenders for extra clearance, ditched the locking/unlocking diffs and servos in favor of spools, installed a Hitec 5955 titanium gear servo. Last night I took out the Hobbywing 1080 esc and Holmes Hobbies Crawlmaster Sport 550 12 turn and replaced those with a Hobbywing XR8 SCT sensored brushless esc and a Hobbystar 550 4-pole 1800kv sensored brushless motor. Did a little basement crawling and the combo is very smooth and low speed control is very nice. Gobs of power on tap. Heading to the local track shortly to pick up 2 sets of TRX4 white springs and a set of red pistons (same setup used in the TRX4 Sport) to soften up the suspension. Only spent a little on a few parts, some of the mods were free, and the electronics I already had. Climbing abilities of this truck have improved dramatically.

Switched to Vanquish/Incision Method MR307 Wheels. I like them a lot more than the Gearhead Ez Trail’s, already messed up a number of threads on the delrin, what a waste .Also added a LED Kit, some Treal Inner Brass Portal Covers, Traxxas 2250 Servo + BEC Kit, and a Holmes Hobby 550 12T Trailmaster.

That's a slick looking rig. Your new Wheels compliment the body well.

MaX-D

It was definitely my fault, the truck was in a bind and i thought i could drive out of the rock section then pop went the stock part. Im really surprised it lasted over a year with lower gearing, slipper eliminator, a puller pro on 3s.
