Removing Traxxas logo off frame

Was wondering if anyone had any slick ways of removing the Traxxas logo off of the frame without damaging the black paint underneath? I just want to remove the logo because it's not scale looking to have it there.

Wet sand lightly with 2000 grit. Then buff with felt wheel and rubbing compound

I just go over it with a black permanent marker. Have to redo it now and again.
