I have the GRC knuckles and their defiantly an improvement in steering over the Traxxas design. Steering angle looks about the same but tires are at the exact same angle. The lower knuckle clearance is about 3/8" more than stock, its a worthy modification IMO.

I have just the knuckles ( inner portal covers) on the front of my scx-4 dingo with axle mounted servo. Works just fine for me.
