| TRX4 Sport radio system replacement
Good day! Please tell me, I have a TRX4 Sport, which comes with a radio system (transmiter) model 6516. The radio system is missing settings (endpoints, etc.). I want to change the transmitter to model 6528, which has a settings menu. Will I be able to activate the Cruise control mode somehow, maybe via Bluetooth link? On the 6516 pretty much no. Does it have the Bluetooth hatch on the back side? Even if yes i doubt you could use CC because that needs the set button to activate and the Multi purpose knob to control, and both are missing on the '16. I would consider upgrading to a 6530 thrown out by some other TRX4 user that himself upgraded to another radio system, that'll get you much more function for much less money than a new box of 6528. Or go the same way and replace all the trx radio stuff with some aftermarket device, like Spektrum, Futaba, Flysky or the like. Almost any and all aftermarket radios with a display have better programmability and more functions and channels than the Trx ones, you're only missing out on the Bluetooth telemetry. Which is fun to have but totally useless. Personally i'd recommend the hacked GT3C, can't get better price/value, but it still is a cheap china set, lifetime and haptic wise. Not for everyone. |

| Re: TRX4 Sport radio system replacement Transmiter 6528 has Bluetooth hatch and the set button. The question is whether the trx4 model will be in the profile selection menu. As I understand, only choice this profile allows you to receive the section of cruise control.

| Re: TRX4 Sport radio system replacement The transmitter 6516 does not allow you to adjust the servo endpoints. The cheapest model transmitter with menu is 6528 (6509 with receiver). Cheaper offers are on ebay.
