| Re: Project Sunset Did you just slap longer shocks on the stock shock towers? You might look at my long travel thread. You gotta run taller shock towers so you can keep the ride height lower but still make use of the extra articulation. 110mm shocks seem like they could be the best bet. They make full use of the front suspensions natural travel, and give you a little more upstroke than stock(IE the tire can come up higher.

I like the long-travel idea, and I like the stock ride-height too. The price of the long lift kit shocks says I gotta wait. And I just broke a steering servo and ordered a new one. (hopefully a better one ) I think it looks better with the 1.9s too. jim |

Decided to change things up a bit. No more decals. I kinda like it. Just have to make all the scratches match up now. BTW, tailgate decal is also removed. I missed it until I looked at the pics I posted. Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk Last edited by Tmaxxed; 05-24-2019 at 08:14 PM. |

Anyone know what this could be. It happens every time I turn it on. But its 100% fine while I'm driving. It did it with the stock esc and the hw1080. It's a hitec 7955tg and I have a castle bec. https://youtu.be/NMZG2KLOofE Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk |

I'm likin' the all black look! Strange little glitch, almost like it has to "find" it's center when you wake it up. Nice woods vid'. You have an almost scale creek to cross. jim |

Finally got around to putting in the savox servo and samix steering arm I've had for this thing for like 3 months. The hitec 7955tg was perfectly fine but 111 more oz-in never hurts anything. And now the hitec can go back in the Summit. The tie rod hits the steering arm a little at full compression but I dont think it should be a problem. I hope.
