BTW, tailgate decal is also removed. I missed it until I looked at the pics I posted.

Look for the all chrome version of the mirrors. Put them on my sunset and they really look good.

Got my new front bumper today and mounted it up. Had to dremel out a couple notches to get the front winch screws in but it all worked out. Not even sure if this old winch works but I have a winch controller coming tomorrow. If it doesn't I'll get one of the warn 9.5s. Also have a new rear bumper coming tomorrow to.

Got the new winch controller hooked up. Old winch actually works! Also got the new rear bumper put on. Probably going to have to mess with the bumper sometime. It sticks out a bit to far.

With the new bumpers and no stripes, the ol' Bronco is lookin' pretty tough. I'm likin' it.
How's your son likin' his Sport?

He likes it alot. But now he wants wheels and tires, winch, the rear cargo rack thing. I can barely afford to mod mine. Now I have to do 2.

Decided to do some free mods for a change. Flipped the front bumper mount. Had to notch out the body a bit. Also raised the sliders a little and trimmed a bit off the bottom of the body(cut off most of the cracks). Then trimmed the rear of the body to match up to the new rear bumper. Oh, and I put some stickers on.

OH YEAH!! Looks GOOD! All that extra clearance and kept the c.o.g. almost the same. NICE!!
I was scrollin' up and down lookin' at the difference .... That DOES look GOOD!!

Thanks Dr. I'm trying to decide if I should cut into the body in the rear and slide the new bumper further in. I dont really like how far it sticks out. Was thinking of cutting enough so the bumper would be about flush with the back of the body. What do you think?

It definitely helps with the approach angles. If you're doin' much rock climbin', rear bumper "hang-up" is an issue, for sure. Mine still grabs now and then .... and I cut off the frame.
I think you're right about it lookin' even better too. You've already gone THAT far .... why not.
It'll be a LOT more capable now than stock.

Yeah I think I'll chop up the body a little and move it in. I get hung up on the back bumper quiet often. Body is already pretty beat up. Might as well make it work the way I want it to.

What do you think Dr. F? I moved the bumper all the way in and cut off the bottom part. Also raised my sliders a little more. Going to have to get a high clearance skid now. It never ends.

WOW! That Bronco looks SO different now. It looks leaner, like it went on a diet. I LIKE it!

Got some new parts in. GRC high clearance knuckles and c hubs. Rc4wd tie rod (thanks Dr. F) and Samix 8mm hexes.
Looks to have more clearance than stock.

NICE!! Have you compared turning radius? I haven't done a side-by-side with my buddy's truck yet, but mine turns a lot tighter circle than it did.
I'll bet your Bronco has improved a bunch all the way around. Lookin' good.

I haven’t had a chance to run it yet. But I will by this weekend. I’ll compare the steering to my sons sport.
