I've got a little over 5 hours on mine now and everything is still solid and tight. I've scratched some of the paint off of the bottom of the c-hubs so it's definitely using the extra clearance too. I haven't torn 'em down yet, haven't gotten 'em wet so they don't seem to need it yet. I love mine and recommend 'em as a good upgrade. They're a little pricey, but they make more actual difference than other things I've spent money on.
I'll be sure to post up any issues that come along, but I don't expect any.

Might have to get a set of these myself.

Agreed, and I think the clearance going over rocks is very much improved! IMO they are worth the money.

I'm not sure what drag-link Ernie or anyone else is using, but I found that RC4WD's steering link set for their "Leverage High Clearance" axle fits the Ackerman holes. With a little bend at each end for a little more pumkin clearance it's perfect.

I haven't tried the servo link. I just used the inner hole, in the stock position, for it.

So I just ordered this. Do I need a new drag link or will the stock one work? Anything else I need for this? Thanks.

The stock link WILL work on the inner holes in the knuckles, it just won't have the Ackerman geometry. I ran mine with the stock link while I searched up a new one the right length for the "A" holes.

Yep, that's it. The Leverage axles ARE for the scx, but the drag-link is just the right length for the Ackerman set-up on the TRX, well, after you bend it a little.
Be sure to use the offset ends.

Did you paint your knuckles and C-hubs? I want to get these but hate the fact they don't come in black. I could powder coat them but that would be a lot of masking...

Yep, I shot 'em with Rust-oleum self-etching primer, then with Krylon Color Master in satin black. They're scratchin' up some, but no more than the axle housings, and overall they're still mostly black. I masked off the gear cavities and the bearing recess on the backsides. They tape over and trim off pretty easily. I like the all-black axles, or all silver ..... but mine are black ... and I like 'em.
I definitely recommend the upgrade!
