Where did you order the new internals? Could you get them as a set or did you have to order part by part?

I ordered part by part. Bearing set was the most expensive part at $100 for the set. Everything else was $200

Traxxas makes a set of hardened steel shafts and gears for the front. And I went gpm for the rear. Super shafty only had one spool so I ordered on traxxas till they restock. Bearings from acer racing. And vanquish grease of course. Grc brass 12mm drive nuts and some locktite gel. Hope I didn’t forget anything.

Ah, I got 3 and a half sets of Fast Eddy bearing kits, so I guess I'll keep going for them.. Dont think the ceramic bearings gives a lot of benefits in my usage..
I'll look into the shafts and gears tho
