Do any of us get to use our rigs as much as we truly want to? It's a big humongous no for me!

I’ve met a few people who actually use the sh*t out of their rigs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

My only gripe with these GRC axle housings is that the rear does not have the optional shock mount locations like they did on their rear axle hub mounts. If GRC had included that adjustable shock mount detail I would be all over these housings. ![]() Last edited by Inspector86; 05-07-2019 at 05:41 PM. |

Sorry for bringing up an old thread but I haven't seen any newer information on these axles. For anybody that has these, were there any problems installing them? I read a poorly worded (and therefore hard to understand) review that said the upper link mount on the front axle wasn't threaded properly and something about the diff locker cable not seating properly or maybe the link mount being in the way of the locker cable. I found a few sets on ebay for around $140 that has me intrigued. https://www.ebay.com/itm/GRC-G2-Alum...r/123939359399 I like the design but I worry about the special gears it uses for parts availability in the future. Even now I think the gears are only available with the front inner portal covers. The last crawler I bought before the TRX-4 (which should be delivered today!) was a couple of XR-10's that Axial discontinued pretty quickly. I'm hoping with Traxxas there will be parts support for quite some time. |
