Looking for angled sliders

Of course the only ones I can find seem to be back ordered. Does anyone know of any other sliders that angle up similar to these?

I wish someone would make sliders with the mounting tangs FLAT so the sliders are flush with the bottom of the floorboards.

Yes I'm looking for the same thing since my body contacts the mounts on the rear.
