| Dabbler’s TRX-4 Sport Tan
Facebook really is lame, so I’ll share this here, as well. I recently bought this Sport Tan TRX-4, and was brainstorming on how to customize the body. An idea popped in my head this afternoon, so after work I ran to storage and retrieved my spare Deadbolt cage, then trimmed it up with a dremel. I have a Sport Unassembled Kit (still unassembled), and thought about raiding the kit for the expedition rack to put on my RTR body, but I wanted to leave the kit intact, and then this idea manifested itself. This will allow for uniqueness, which is always a plus. It’s going to take a little more work, obviously, but I think it's going to be worthwhile. Last edited by johnnyluv; 03-14-2020 at 12:21 AM. |

Perso ally I think there is a bit too much in the rear cage, I'd cut a few bits off myself, but were all different. Great idea though and I love the tan sport. Best colour yet.

Thanks. Yeah, it's hit & miss on FB. You'll get occasional respectful and intelligible posts and remarks, but most of the time you can only expect nonsense. Really, in a group of 10K members, how can you expect to really get to know anyone? | |

The cage is nice fit. Have you entertained the idea of a more modern light bar? My feeling is that it would suit the modern body lines of the sport and look good on the cage. Obviously better light output is always more helpful as well. That said I like what you have there. You definitely found a fit! |
