Shortest trx chop?

So I've Ben looking at some real short wheel base trucks recently and my mahooosiv 324 defender just isn't cutting it for me, so just out of curiosity how short a wheelbase have you converted yours into? And pros and cons if any!? Pics would be great guys 👍

The most common short WB is 313mm/12.3". This is simple to do with the Traxxas 8058 long to short WB conversion kit. If you want to go shorter than that it will require some fabrication. I have heard of as short as 10" but I have no idea how they got there.

Since you did say "shortest" - I'll mention that someone here did one somewhere around 10"...

But you'll likely need to do some searching through the forum, I forgot the title!

EDIT: maybe it was closer to 11":

Still, loads shorter than the 12.3" and 12.8" stock wheelbases.

Bloody hell that's serious! I'm looking to lop an inch or two off mine, tired of the 324 defender snagging everything with its huge overhangs. Wouldn't mind a competition mog theme.
