traxxas helped me

I called traxxas up. They helped me with my electronic issues. I don't even need a different brand speed controller so far. "thumbsup"

My son has a ton of Traxxas cars and I find the company to be great. Even out of warranty I buy parts direct from them because they ship fast . I know some find them to be the devil but they do right buy me for sure .

Traxxas is pretty good to always help. Their customer service the few times I called them for help was right on.

Traxxas gets a bad rap from the trolls, but everybody that I know that has dealt directly with Traxxas products and Traxxas customer service are satisfied customers. Traxxas has always stood behind their product for me. My friend had great luck. He blew the 3.3 engine out of his T-Maxx after the warranty expired and he called Traxxas for some support. The offered to replace the engine for free despite it being out of warranty.

I'm sure there are people that have legitimately had bad experiences with Traxxas customer service, but no company is perfect.

I had a couple missing screws in my TRX4 kit. I contacted Traxxas support and they sent me out the missing screws. This is my first Traxxas product and no complaints from me so far.
