This "chatter" is completely normal, its just what the front driveshafts do when turned far.

It is simple physics. That is how a universal joint works at extreme angles. The angle in the TRX4 is actually too extreme for the U joint and it is bottoming out. It will wear in with time. Watch this video for a demonstration.

This is why I search out forums when I'm getting into something new, it's the shared experience forums collect that makes them so valuable. Cause yeah, I got a TRX4 chattering, I'm like "WTF?" and in a few moments I've got several threads letting me know that what I'm hearing is likely no big deal, good stuff.
