More rock garden works. Got a bit more concrete from the neighbor, still waiting for him to drop me some bigger pieces with the bobcat.

I wish I had a setup like this! This is the best of both worlds, crawling and fishing!!!

Great looking course and cool trucks to wheel on it! I can appreciate the level of work involved, as I've been doing a little of that myself. Labor-intense!

Some... changes. I've gone through the rest of the "extra" Quikrete sacks, a couple bags of Type S mortar, and all of the concrete scrap and rock I could get my hands on.

Getting that section of pipe into place was not easy. At all.

That is awesome!

A lot of work but holy cow has it paid off. Fantastic course!

WOW!! Just WOW!!
What time and effort you're putting in both rigs and "playground", I'll take my hat off for you, sir!
I see you live in midland, I dont know where midland is, but I sure hope that's somewhere in Norway! haha
Inspirational and stunning work on those tracks, I need to start haulin' over here as well. I'll never reach you to your knees, but I'm hoping to get something fun out of my corner of our property.

Keep the good stuff coming, I'll lcheck up on you

A view of the latest changes/additions to the course, and a bizarre occurrence of July rain allowed me to finally test out the Canyon Trail + hair bun combo, which worked... amazingly, I must say. Very surprised.

It took nearly 6 months in total, gradually accumulating the parts, picking the color, and finally knuckling down to finish it.
Duplicolor Fabric silver on the inside, Tamiya Rally Green on the outside. The roof and hood are also painted on the inside.
So many tiny screws. So many days of masking and painting. But I am absolutely pleased with it.
Now I gotta find the sticker sheet.

Wow, very nice indeed!

Makes my RTR silver Defender that I shot with a white roof and then everything except the windows with matte clear look positively sedate.

Having clear windows is just SO much better, and the custom grille adds an aggressive tone, as well.

Great review and I love your home setup!

I’ve been following the Ecto since it’s come out and it seems to turn into a real contender with minimal mods.

I’m curious to see how it’s performance improves once you start tinkering with it

Excellent video!! Great breakdowns and comparisons of the rigs.

Really enjoyed it!

Not gonna lie, it brought a smile to my face hearing Daphne’s gear whine and the Svh500 squawking.

I’m always apologizing for that in my Trx4 videos since the phone is only a few feet away when recording.

Any plans for brass on the ecto?

ETA -

I can also appreciate having the unimpressed judge showing up when trying to wheel.
