Default SPECTRUM sr515 fitment

I tried searching but found no info on my question. So I'm gonna order a dx5 rugged in order to get all my rc vehicles on one remote. MY biggest concern is will the sr515 fit into the traxxas receiver box on the trx-4?

You shouldn’t have any issues, I’ve ran the much larger 6100at in multiple Trx4’s

If you do for some reason run out of space there are some extended lids available to print.

Here's one I found, I'm guessing there are more out there too.

Whhhhaaaaaattttt?

Why not...? Of course saying that, I right now one is giving me fits and I am about to use it to sight in my .308.

But, when they are working right, 3D printers really change the dynamic of the hobby. And, to pile on, here are some RX box extensions I designed, you just need to add your own longer bolts.

There are a number of services out there why you can have things printed for you.

SR515 is an easy fit with enough room to spare, run the same in my TRX4.
It is quite a tiny receiver, but I even fitted an 8 channel plane receiver in the stock box in my TRX4 before I bought my DX5 Rugged
