Default Went topless

Hadn't seen too many roof removals on the Bronco so I gave it a try..had to go full-on interior also

Windscreen reinstalled, shortened rock sliders attached and adjusted to mate up with shortened chassis, LED 8087 bar on windscreen header and LED lights on each mirror arm..the New Bright mirror arms are in a fixed position as they do not fold like the Traxxas mirrors so I utilized the arm attachment screws to incorporate the LED's with wiring hidden under the cowl.
Keeping the original New Bright bumper with a hidden winch setup so putting additional lights up there wasn't an option, therefore this LED setup was my only choice for additional lights..will probably wire them up for high beam function only on the Pro Scale light kit.
Strengthened roll cage with suspension link with all attaching hardware hidden behind side cage supports

Rear seat upholstered along with rear cargo area..I'll carry those stripes on the front seats and add a few dash decals and call the interior done.

Wheel choice..

Inner rim paint match to body color, one outer black trim ring and final matte silver outside bead ring..

Applied decals that came with interior, finished front seats....wiring, electronics and finishing the Pro Scale light kit are left to do.

Sniper and Levi, here is a roll cage Bronco.

Thanks bud!

If you attempt the build and have any questions along the way I pretty much document most of my builds so I may have some pics that would help out..here's the actual Traxxas grille and Pro Scale lights once installed.
When done right it should mold into the quarter panel like this (pic 2) on each side.
The two in the back center of pic 3 are New Brights..yellow one was built before Traxxas offered a '21 Bronco body..

Good luck..Enjoy the '79!

Well done, well done

Makes the Bronco a little more like a Deadbolt. I like how you've lowered the roof line.

Interior has good style

It's cool, thanks for sharing it
