Default HOON470 Ultra4 Track and Events

We just started building this a couple of months ago, but have had a great response from the community and have had 3 build days with tons of people coming out with tools in hand. Track is located in Morrison, Colorado.

Here is the track as of last week. Still lots to do, but we are cranking through this build!

And a couple photos from our first event over a month ago.

Some of our features that make this place tons of fun:

- Concrete 3.5' step up jump into the hill.
- "Kangaroo Kicker" (with a deep hole behind it).
- Really deep bumps section, that takes some good timing.
- Right left chicane that can be really fast or really slow.

Future editions:
- More rock.
- More jumps.
- More concrete.
- More brush clearing.
- Timing system.
- Bigger burn.
- More timbers for track barriers.

And rumor has it that this track will be part of the weekends events for Scale Nationals that is coming up in April 2015.

The weather has been a little nutty lately, we were in short sleeve shirts at 9am, but by noon everyone was wearing jackets and gloves. Regardless the track is tons and tons of fun. It has been nearly impossible to lay down 3 laps without making a mistake. It keeps you on your toys and it is easy to spend all day doing laps.

Track looks great. Love the wide 1:8 scale lanes.
