Default How to get your club recognized by the USRCCA

USRCCA New Club Guidelines

The following requirements must be met before a club can become recognized by the USRCCA. Once all the requirements have been met, that information shall be posted into a new thread in this section by a member of your club
.
USRCCA recognizes that some requirements may not be practical for some clubs, those exemptions will be handled on a case by case basis.

Requirements

1) Minimum Group Size must be an average of 15 unique drivers per official competition.

2) Minimum number of 8 Competitions hosted by the group applying for recognition within the last 12 months.

3) Minimum Number of 3 unique competition locations, of which no more than 50% should be considered the same area*

4) The club shall have at least one member, or be vouched for by a member, with over 200 posts and that has been a member for over 6 months. If your application is being vouched for by another member than include this members screen name in your PM.

5) A list of members shall be included with the request.

6) The applying club shall present direct links to events, competition results, clubs (website if applicable), event photos links of group shots, location shots, score sheets, etc to support Requirements 1, 2 and 3. Use as many RCC Forum links as possible to insure information authenticity. Do not just send thread links and expect the committee to find the information with in the thread. The easier the information is for the committee to find the quicker the club will get approved.

7) 75% of the Competitions must be in the state the club plans to be sanctioned in.

Once you have all of the above info you need to start a new post with your club's name as the title in this section listing all of that info, and providing links to any info that may be needed by the rules committee to approve your status. The more info you can provide the better.

Once you submit your thread you will not see it, only the members that handle club approval will see it. Our goal for approving new clubs is 2 weeks if you have any questions with the process please PM Fishmaxx, RockedUp Ricky or Reflection they are the USRCCA Clubs Forum Moderators and they can help you out.

The cut off date for completed applications to qualify starting in 2010 will be Jan 1st date for that following calendar year.

Note: Please include Club Contact Info in this format.

State:
City:
Club Name:
Contact Person:
Contact Email:
Website:

*this will be monitored even after approval to insure clubs don't become "owned" once approved.

If there is any additional information needed please let me know.

Thanks,
Patrick Norton
The only thing this application does not have that future applications will be required to have is at least 50% RCC Forum links. We had to add this as a control measure to help insure accurate information is being submmited
