2012 End of Days, 4X to the end of the world, Jan Comp. We have all heard the news. The word is out. Our time is drawing Near. We must all do our parts... Dammit Lets drive some trucks. Find it here!UTRCRC - View topic - scale points app Post your Rig Pics in this thread or in the appropriate class build thread So it is not mistaken for an apocalyptic foe upon arrival at the comp. zone! The Comp will be held at The Farmington Pond. A state park which there may be a short hike, similar to Art Dye, so bring a tactical sled or wagon. Ultra top secret Map to the Comp.comp. spot - Google Maps There are no restroom facilities! But there is a convenience store within a mile. Any scale props, bridges, or obstacles are welcomed. I really liked lances lil cones at the fun run. Small signs ect. As well as heaters, tables, or shelter you may choose to bring. Setup will be early in an attempt to start on time. I am strongly focused on having some Goliath free film zones. There will be areas for competitors on course, judges and spectators. For all that are involved please be mindful of the markings that point you in the right direction. Build Your Rigs to Save your Hide!!! The water Is deep and fast but your mommy may be able to save you if your not ready to submarine it. The Terrain may be muddy or frozen. Remember no one will be left behind. |

Re: 2012 End of Days, 4X to the end of the world, Jan Comp. I am so STOKED !!! This area is so perfect for all three classes. Excellent woodsy setting with challenging obstacles. I have some cool ideas to keep everyone busy while minimizing any waiting to run a course. I'm debating on three or four courses with some challenges that can be run between. Plotting the area out for excellent filming with minimal chance for the Goliath factor. Has anyone built a scale saloon we could visit? ie photo op. |
