Trail Thread - Worth it?

So there's the Crawl Spot thread which has been a great source for where to go play around where you are basically at a single location near your cars. Would it be worth doing a similar thread but for trail runs? For example I did the Silver Lake trail a couple weeks ago and 90% of it was doable without Hand of God maneuvers. Fun trail to do if you're up for an almost 5 mile round trip.

Point being, would it be beneficial to do a sticky thread for trail run spots?

Keep on keepin on.

I would think so. I did a hike up to upper falls in provo canyon with my comp crawler and that was a whole heck of a lot of fun. Probably one of the funnest sessions I have ever had. And about the same as what you are saying with approximately 90 percent being driving and not having to pick up the rig and set it back down further up the trail.

I'm a fan of this idea now that winter is ending. I'm in the salt lake area, rather than Provo and really love hitting the Neff's Canyon trailhead. There is a side trail that you can can taker for miles without any H.O.G. lots of little tricky spots and alternate paths along the way, or a straightforward trail climb if you are so inclined.

Is this now the thread? If so, you should edit the "worth it?" off the end of the thread title and just call this the Trail Thread - Utah.

Also from Salt Lake; but, I ran Moab Rim Jeep trail (Obviously in Moab... just a few minutes from town) with my Bomber a week or two ago. Terrific trail with endless lines and options all the way up. In fact, I kept hitting different line options in the same spots and didn't make it to the top before turning around so that I could drive all the way back to the parking lot before dark.

The trail is all sandstone with lots of scaled ledges, steps and off cambered moves. Due to rain and wind, the sandstone is pretty well clean and provides great traction.
