I'm three hours away in Durango, and have been curious of it as well. Took the scaler last easter safari, had fun just stopping along Metal Masher. Wanting to do the same next year. When were you thinking of going? Or just feeling it out?

Hey guys! I am in Moab! I have been working my tail off on facebook trying to build a decent scene for RC here, for about 8 months... I have about 40 guys, 80%ish of us have crawlers and of those most of us have more than one. If you would like to find us on facebook my group is an open group MOAB RC, let us know when you are in town! We would love to get a good scene going here! I'm trying to get the group up to around 75 members then I will do an "official" club. I've been working out the details for a hobby shop here for a couple years... hopefully someone will beat me to it HAH! Anyways... we always love making new freinds! And we LOVE going out to the trails!!!

would you guys be interested in mashing the clubs together for an event in moab?

a lot of the guys in our club have brought it up several times but we arent familiar enough with the area to pick a good RC Crawlin spot.

The last post in this thread was almost 2 years ago. Any crawlers still around in Moab? I rolled in to town just after 5:00 tonight and crawled Moab Rim. I had a blast and would love to meet up with other crawlers here next time I'm in town.
